I further acknowledge that Slow Maker Contemporary cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/COVID-19 while attending classes or other activities at the SMC workshop location. 7. I further agree I will not attend Slow Maker Contemporary workshops, and I will alert my instructor and the administrator of Slow Maker Contemporary if, at any time while I am participating in workshops or other activities at the Slow Maker Contemporary, I experience any of the symptoms associated with Coronavirus/COVID-19, or am exposed to anyone experiencing such symptoms.

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

Slow Maker Contemporary makes every effort to run courses and workshops we have posted in our schedule. If a course does not meet our minimum registration we will postpone the workshop in order to gain minimum registration. We will contact participants one week prior to a course being postponed or cancelled.

If a student wishes to withdraw, they must inform the studio via email at slowmakercontemporary@gmail.com at least 8 business days prior to the workshop.

POOR WEATHER POLICY

Weather permitting, Slow Maker Contemporary will continue workshops in full operation. In the case of inclement weather conditions, SMC reserves the right to cancel workshops. Students are responsible for checking their email, voicemail, The Slow Maker Contemporary website slowmakercontemporary.ca and social media pages (Instagram: slow.maker.contemporary, Facebook: slow.maker.contemporary, Twitter: @SlowMakerCo), or call our office (647-542-5536) to see if classes have been canceled. If a workshop is indeed cancelled due to inclement weather, SMC will make their best efforts to arrange a makeup session.

POSTPONEMENTS

Slow Maker Contemporary will always try to ensure that classes offered in our schedule will run. However, low enrolment may result in a course being postponed. If SMC cancels a workshop due to low enrolment, we will find a new date for an alternative workshop or we can provide a credit for the amount paid (any credit is valid up to 1 year from the date of purchase).
